Career Highlight
"I have worked to launch and help lead our national CBIZ employee resource group for our LGBTQ+ teammates, CBIZ PRIDE. This ERG has become a central point in ensuring that all candidates and employees know that regardless of who they are, there’s space for them at CBIZ. Additionally, I serve as a mentor to new CBIZ employees, and led a nationwide initiative to re-envision the intern interview experience. This ensured that candidates were going through the most equitable experience and that personal biases and other possible roadblocks were removed from the hiring process, creating and cultivating a diverse candidate pool."
