Wilma Ruppert is the Sr. Talent Acquisition University Relations Lead for ELP/MLP Engineering as well as supporting D&I. Wilma has a sincere passion recruiting in the areas of Diversity, Interns, New Grads and ELP/MLP Leadership program. Recruiting for these positions is her priority as she believes "You Are Our Future". Developing relationships with candidates is also a priority, including providing resume tips and prepping for interviews.
