Wilma Ruppert is the Sr. Talent Acquisition University Relations Lead for ELP/MLP Engineering as well as supporting D&I. Wilma has a sincere passion recruiting in the areas of Diversity, Interns, New Grads and ELP/MLP Leadership program. Recruiting for these positions is her priority as she believes "You Are Our Future". Developing relationships with candidates is also a priority, including providing resume tips and prepping for interviews. A key to GDMS' success in diversity includes hiring students from multiple universities who are taught different curriculum. Wilma prides herself on her consistent message - "Life is full of opportunity if you are willing to take the risk!"

Career Highlight

Wilma remains competitive by thinking outside the box in improving the GDMS recruitment process. A highlight of hers is recruiting at RIT twice a year as well as hosting TECH TALKS with featured VPs or Engineering Managers. These experiences provide increased visibility at career fairs where students wait in line for interviews in order to be considered a "candidate of choice". Students interviewing with GDMS know before they leave if an offer will be extended!
