Career Highlight

"Through our candidate experience survey results, we learned that candidates have a strong desire to receive more insight into our decision to reject them after the completion of a final round interview. So, we adjusted our process to offer feedback to every candidate who is rejected after a final round interview. Providing feedback strengthens the overall candidate experience and positively impacts our talent brand, and it also results in stronger candidates should they choose to reapply. A final phone conversation that offers the candidates something of value in return (constructive, actionable feedback) helps us humanize the experience."
