Impactful Internship Program

The Wells Fargo internship prides itself on eliminating silos and giving interns a holistic, well-rounded look across the firm. While they offer 25+ different programs, Wells Fargo focuses on a comprehensive experience that begins with a best-in-class induction week for all interns. Wells Fargo carefully crafts a summer that extends outside traditional internship events and incorporates tailored learning curriculums, networking opportunities, career planning discussions, senior leader engagements (including a CEO fireside chat), volunteer activities, and more. However, at the center of it all are the meaningful, strategic projects interns are given as well as the dedicated intern managers. End-of-internship survey results show strongly that interns felt their work made an impact and managers positively supported their growth – two contributing factors for a strong intern conversion rate over 70%.
