Investing in them early and making them feel welcome and supported is the number 1 priority. Whether through its mentor program, 1:1 check-ins, or leadership speaker series, Vitech strives to make sure that its new hires are getting the support they need in their first year and beyond.
Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment
As a team of one, it is often difficult to be involved in every event, but picking and choosing where Vitech invests is key. Vitech has been attending sessions to help with interviewing skills and "elevator speeches", and has been looking into doing a few social media takeovers with schools it has close connections with. These key events allow Vitech to keep its programs in the forefront even if it is not at a career fair or other college/university events.

Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent
Investing in early career talent is very important to Vitech. By assigning a mentor not only on their team, but through the Vitech Mentor Program, college hires have several resources to go to to ask questions and help navigate their first year in the workforce. This is important since many of Vitech’s college hires have been virtual and need that extra support, seeing as they can't just walk down the hall or ask a coworker next to them a question.
