Generation Veeva's interview experience allows candidates to get a firsthand view of what working in their future role will be like. They meet with people who will be on their team and their future manager. They are given case studies to ensure their skills are a fit for the role to set them up for success. Generation Veeva's philosophy is that the candidate should interview the company as much as the company interviews the candidate.
Impactful Internship Program
Generation Veeva offers Summer internships for software engineers to upcoming Seniors. The goal of the program is for them to accept a full-time offer at the end to come back full-time after they graduate. When they interview for the internship, they are interviewed just like a full-time candidate and placed on the team where they would work full-time. They are onboarded and fully integrated into their engineering team and work on projects that will be released into production. They get a real world experience of what it will be like to work at Veeva full time.
