Vaughn Brown - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Vaughn Brown heads up the Talent Acquisition Team at Subaru of America. He has been a vital part of the organization for a year and a half. In his role, Vaughn oversees recruiting and onboarding initiatives, collaborating with an outstanding team to ensure SOA has the right talent in the right place at the right time. Vaughn's career spans roles focused on Talent, Culture, and DEI across prominent retail and consumer organizations, including Gap Inc., American Eagle Outfitters, The TJX Companies, and Campbell’s Soup Company. He also serves on the board of two organizations: Campus Philly, which equips emerging talent with resources and support to navigate the transition from college to career, and From Baltimore, a non-profit designed to inspire the next generation of civil service leaders in the Greater Baltimore Metro Area. He is an alum of The College of New Jersey and holds certifications in HR from SHRM, as well as a Certification in Diversity in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
