Prior to her role at Adobe, she led Digital Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams at Google. With more than 18 years of experience, Vaishali excels in building high-performing and value-aligned teams in HR, digital sales, and learning and development, to propel the business forward.

"This year at Adobe, we have focused our efforts on engaging and hiring students across the globe, for Adobe's 3 business clouds. In a tough economic year, the team did a great job of bringing in more than 1,500 students, upholding our intern conversion commitments, and helping businesses invest in our award-winning internship program. We also creditably succeeded in engaging with a diverse pipeline of talent including students from HBCUs, HSIs, & community colleges, truly embodying our philosophy that great ideas can come from anywhere."
