Vaishali Sabhahit - 2nd Place Winner of Exceptional Leader Award

Vaishali currently serves as the Global Head of University Talent at Adobe. In this role, she is responsible for developing and rolling out strategic initiatives to attract and hire a diverse pipeline of exceptional undergraduate, PhD, and MBA talent to Adobe. Prior to her role at Adobe, she led Digital Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams at Google. With more than 18 years of experience, Vaishali excels in building high-performing and value-aligned teams in HR, digital sales, and learning and development, to propel the business forward.
