Trinity Walker is a Campus Recruiter at CliftonLarson Allen LLP. In her role at CLA, Trinity is responsible for finding the best talent for entry level accounting/finance roles. She collaborates with over 15 universities, community colleges, and educational programs to provide opportunities to diversified groups. Prior to her role at CLA, Trinity worked on the Operations team at Boston Consulting Group where she managed client schedules and onboarding. Trinity is passionate about creating opportunities and getting to know candidates as people, not numbers.

"In the ever-changing market we live in today, it is vital that recruiters adapt their strategies to accommodate upcoming talent’s needs and desires. I’ve created a strategy that implements flexible opportunities for Gen Z to apply and interview for roles on their own timeline and have eliminated barriers that previously prevented these candidates from having access to opportunities. By working alongside faculty and staff at community colleges, universities, libraries, elementary schools, and community outreach events, we have been able to create on-site interview trainings, resume workshops, professional licensure support, and offer non-traditional interview times for non-traditional students."
