Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Trimble has done a lot of work on improving its overall diversity strategy and keeping that as a north star when building out its early career strategy. Trimble has invested in SWE, SHPE, NSBE, and MANRRS on a national and local scale — from attending their national conferences and local chapter events to offering scholarships. Impactful Internship Program
Trimble's internship program offers students experiences so that they can understand what being a full-time employee would be like. Trimble offers project-based work where students can add actual value to the teams that they're supporting. Additionally, students have opportunities to network with other students, teams, and leadership, as well as community service and social events, to keep them connected. Trimble also offers return internships and conversion opportunities for strong-performing interns.
