Tricia Shelton is a licensed Professional Engineer and University Talent Manager at ECS dedicated to building relationships and developing processes that can sustain a pipeline of early talent. She has been with ECS since she graduated from Purdue almost 20 years ago, starting in the engineering department and transitioning to university talent. She supports leadership's vision of growth, efficiency, and diversity and has gained their support to implement key programs to improve in these areas. With her engineering education and background she loves talking about engineering and how the things learned in school apply to the real world.

Career Highlight

A proud moment for Tricia Shelton in her career was building an entire internship program from scratch for a company that had over 50 offices at the time and over 1500 employees. She built a formal internship program hiring close to 100 interns across the US and created buy-in and a culture shift across a de-centralized organization spanning multiple regions. Tricia spearheaded everything from determining intern titles and job descriptions, to implementing a level program, to executing evaluations and promoting intern conversion, to more currently implementing a formal mentorship program.
