In their role at Korn Ferry, Tony is responsible for strategy, operations, and leading a team of early careers recruiters. Prior to their role at Korn Ferry, Tony did full cycle recruiting for various industries all over the US. Tony is passionate about building a hiring process that is inclusive and diverse.

Career Highlight

When COVID-19 turned the campus recruiting world upside down, Tony mobilized the entire early career team to successfully adapt to a new normal. From supporting internship program managers during a rapid transition to check-ins with now-virtual campus recruiters, Tony led their team through an unprecedented year while also focusing on their well-being. Tony is proud to lead and develop a team of innovative talented recruiters.
