In his previous role at Amazon, Todd devised recruitments strategies across 15 recruiters in Campus Recruitment. Todd has a led Campus Recruitment for IBM, Amazon as well as Heartland Dental. He is passionate about helping new graduates find their career paths and navigate the unknown.
