Tiffany is a Senior Campus Recruiter at Kohler Co. Joining Kohler in March of 2022, Tiffany is responsible for building the development and execution of innovative campus engagement and recruiting strategies. Prior to her role at Kohler, Tiffany was in Early Talent for over 5 years at Eaton Co. Tiffany is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with campus and association contacts along with internal stakeholders.
