Thuy Tran is a University Relations Recruiter. In their role at Compass Group, Thuy is responsible for building out and implementing a centralized Internship Program for their Corporate and Foodbuy offices as well as recruiting and managing University partnerships. Prior to their role at Compass Group, Thuy oversaw campus recruiting efforts nationwide, as well as spearheading their Supply Chain Corporate Internship Program, and their Rotational Graduate Programs at XPO Logistics. Thuy is passionate about building and creating inclusive intern programs that deliver an exceptional student experience.
