Terri Williams is Lead Recruiter at North American Risk Services. In her role at NARS, Terri is responsible for recruiting talent for a large claims-driven enterprise with a diverse business model. She supports the following departments: C suite, Management, Claims positions, Legal, Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources and more. Additionally, Terri is also responsible for staffing the National Catastrophe Response Team which requires rapid staffing of many temporary employees with very little notice. In her role as Lead Recruiter, she trains and mentors other recruiters in her department. She is passionate about finding the best talent to meet NARS business needs and understands the goals and mission of every department within the organization. She is tireless in her efforts to find the right person for the job and knows that when that happens, she is helping both the company and employee to meet their goals. Candidates enjoy her personality and the ways she assists them through what can be a complex and lengthy process. She adeptly combines the all too rare skills of pride in her job and of genuinely caring about those she works with. She is a consummate professional who takes her responsibilities seriously and applies a human aspect to her encounters.
