Taylor is a Senior Campus Recruiter at CBIZ that leads our National Events and operations efforts for our campus recruiting team. Taylor Has been with CBIZ for ten years; starting as an intern and then making his way from experienced recruiting to campus. He works heavily with the campus recruiting team and nationwide markets to obtain the best talent possible to build the future of CBIZ.
Career Highlight
"To help connect with our young and upcoming Gen Z candidates, we attend a wide variety of in-person and virtual events across the country. On average, we attend over 300 events each season consisting of on campus events, virtual panels, and coffee chats. We created a virtual event called Discover CBIZ for early ID candidates. This event is tailored to young accounting students to learn more about all of the different aspects of what fields of public accounting has to offer. It allows them to get outside of the classroom to hear from professionals in the workforce to help them navigate where they want to start their professional career."
