Innovative Campus Events: Tangela has organized high-impact events such as "Tacos and Conversations," wellness and meditation moments, and workshops on professional development and interview preparation. These events have not only attracted top talent but also provided valuable insights into our company culture and career opportunities.

Proactive Digital Outreach: Tangela has segmented the talent pool for proactive outreach about events, job postings, and exciting developments within our organization. This includes re-engaging pipeline candidates from previous seasons and collaborating with healthcare clubs to share events with their members.”
