TaNeisha Barton - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

TaNeisha is currently a Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Marqeta. In their role at Marqeta, TaNeisha is responsible for building Early Career offerings as well as a consistent and engaging onboarding experience. Prior to their role at Marqeta, TaNeisha did very similar work, inclusive of IDEB work, at a variety of other tech companies, including the health tech industry. TaNeisha is extremely passionate about connecting people with amazing opportunities, finding creative ways to hire and bring new experiences to hiring managers, and being the voice of inclusion, equity, and support every step of the way.

"In this new hybrid recruiting world, one of the most innovative aspects of hiring we have deployed is hosting information sessions for interns to come and learn who we are and what we are about. In these sessions, we were able to get people from the organization as well as former interns to share out what they have learned and their experience. The best part of the session is that we had a lot of time for Q&A, and sent them a link where they could apply directly to our Internship."
