Join RippleMatch and four University Recruitment specialists for a virtual panel discussion to provide our campus recruiting community with the knowledge and tools to recruit and retain strong BIPOC talent in technology.

Diversity & Inclusion is being discussed and prioritized more than ever, but how are we, as early career recruiters, making the necessary changes in our organizations to make them more equitable? One industry that faces significant diversity challenges is the technology space, which has a reputation for being both very competitive and culturally homogenous. Many tech companies are looking to increase diversity and want to attract BIPOC early career candidates, but they haven’t improved their workplace culture, managed biases, and retained BIPOC talent at the higher levels. Our panelists will discuss successful strategies they've employed in their own organization to recruit diversity as well as their experiences identifying as BIPOC in the industry.

Attendee welcome, panelist introductions | 2:00 pm - 2:10 pm

As everyone gets signed on to the Zoom webinar, our hosts will give a brief welcome & introduction and give each panelist the chance to introduce themselves.

Curated questions will be answered by the panelists | 2:10pm - 2:40pm

Panelists will answer a set of curated questions that they will have access to prepare for prior to the event.

Panel will open for Q&A | 2:40 pm - 2:55 pm

Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions for our panelists via the Q&A box during the live event.

Session wrap-up | 2:55 - 3:00 pm

Following the panel, we'll share some of the biggest learnings during our discussion, as well as the LinkedIn profiles of our panelists!
