Many talent leaders set ambitious diversity goals in 2020 as a response to the racial justice reckoning on the national scale. But in 2022, organizations need to prioritize diversity commitments now more than ever, as Gen Z is both the most diverse generation to enter the workforce and the generation that prioritizes a company’s values. 

But a true commitment to diversity & inclusion goes beyond bias training and diversity quotas–in order to hire diverse employees, leaders must invest in a multitude of talent pipelines to yield talent from different backgrounds. These can include virtual recruitment events to increase geographic diversity, assessment tools to evaluate candidates beyond their resume, and so much more.
