Tadd Lucian - 2nd Place Winner of Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Black & Veatch, Tadd leads an award-winning Early Careers recruitment team. In this role, Tadd's focus is the new generation of diverse talent helping Black & Veatch address some of the world’s most pressing infrastructure challenges. He is responsible for excellence in early career hiring for all new grads, interns, and trainees for Black & Veatch. Tadd is passionate about the programs he manages that offer impactful internships and early-career rotations, and strives to create a more diverse work environment for their employee-owners.

"This year, Black & Veatch will once again exceed diversity hiring of our early career professionals. This was accomplished by the prioritization and focus of our DE&I strategy. My team hosted events like the first annual Women in Construction and Engineering Student Day, we doubled our on-campus recruitment at HBCUs, and granted over $100,000 to diverse student organizations through the Black & Veatch Foundation. Additionally, we sponsored, attended, and hired students from conferences like SHPE and NSBE."
