Dr. Syreeta Dukes, HBCU and HSI Campus Manager, also serves as CAS WISE Comms Co-Chair, an RTX ERG. Managing HBCU & HSI relationships, she collaborates on candidate management with Talent Acquisition. With a recruitment and community outreach background, she mentors through partnerships with National Academy Foundation, Girls Who Code, and Boys & Girls Club. Syreeta holds a Bachelor’s in Pre-medicine from Howard University, a Master’s in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance from George Washington University, and a Doctorate in Humanitarianism from Heart Bible International University. Outside work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids, and outdoor activities.
