Moving the Needle on Diversity & Inclusion
Synopsys has multiple HBCU's in their investment schools, they support the GEM fellowship program, and they have someone on the HR programs team who specifically supports I&D within ECH, as well as someone for all of HR and the company to increase I&D initiatives. Synopsys also just started an ERG program and each one has a rep for ECH.
