Suzanne Guerrero is an Associate Manager of Early Career Programs at SC Johnson. Prior to their role at SC Johnson, Suzanne was a Campus Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual. Suzanne is passionate about building the next generation of talent and leaders at SC Johnson.
Career Highlight
"In a challenging recruitment world with stiff competition amongst our recruiting peers, it’s important to innovate and strategize in the recruitment space. I led our recruitment team this year to develop a virtual informational session for one of our graduate internship programs. We focused on more breadth (reaching more students) versus depth (focusing in on only core school candidates). I leveraged our technology and resources to reach many career services contacts to engage with the students on their campus aligned with the majors we are searching for. This event was well attended with over 100 students registered and an increase in applications to that program from last year."
