Susan is the AVP & Director of Talent Acquisition at Zurich North America. In her role at ZNA, she is responsible for managing and directing a team of full-cycle recruiters dedicated to filling critical professional and early career roles. Susan manages a team of Sourcing Professionals, Corporate Recruiters, the Campus Recruiting Team and also is the country lead for the Talent Acquisition tech stack. Prior to her role at Zurich, she held similar roles at large companies in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Susan is passionate about creating an environment where her team can anticipate and meet Zurich's talent needs by building and developing a high performing team that delivers an impactful, best-in-class talent acquisition solution.
