Stephanie Turner is the Campus Sourcing Leader with EY's Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. She has more than 13 years of progressive experience in campus recruitment, DEI initiatives and talent strategy. Stephanie is evolving a best-in-class recruiting function to meet the dynamic needs of the business by delivering integrated talent solutions and incorporating leading-edge talent acquisition technologies to attract and develop a diverse, high quality candidate pipeline. Stephanie provides consultation in digital sourcing and candidate attraction, with the goal of transforming EY’s current capabilities to be more effective, efficient and scalable.

Career Highlight

With dynamic business needs, fluctuating hiring goals and evolving candidate profiles, Stephanie mobilized the Campus Sourcing team to develop and implement an agile sourcing model to successfully navigate the many unknowns presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this iterative approach, Stephanie’s team delivered phenomenal results, quickly responding to shifts in the business, sourcing new candidate profiles, and yielding a significantly more diverse pipeline of talent.
