Stephanie is a Sr. Manager of Campus Recruiting & University Relations at Rapid7. Stephanie is responsible for building out the overall early career strategy at the growing cybersecurity company. Prior to her role at Rapid7, Stephanie spent 8 years building out a robust intern and New Grad program at Epsilon, a division of Publicis Groupe. Stephanie is passionate about helping companies realize the potential of early career hiring. It's no secret that a strong program can help with diversity pipelining, company culture and overall associate performance, but having the right strategy is key.

Career Highlight

Stephanie led her team through an evolution of the candidate experience at her previous company. Utilizing event management and evaluation tools, Stephanie and team were able to build out an efficient, cost effective and top notch journey for candidates coming through their process. This allowed the team to continue offering a positive experience despite hiring volume increasing. This candidate journey was presented by Stephanie and a team member as a best practice at the NACE conference once completed.
