Stephanie Scott - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Stephanie Scott is the Campus Lead at West Monroe, a business and technology consulting firm based in Chicago, IL with offices in 7 other markets. During her 13 years with the firm, Stephanie built a firmwide campus program that is responsible for 10% of the company’s overall headcount year over year, while growing her own team to 9 employees. She also leads the company’s growing internship and early identification programs tasked with identifying West Monroe’s next generation of leaders. Stephanie is passionate about building a process that is inclusive to all students, and leads efforts to build a brand at HBCUs and other diverse schools.

Career Highlight

Last year, Stephanie and her team had to reinvent West Monroe’s early ID, intern, and campus recruiting programs to be sustainable in a virtual world, while continuing to build their brand. Typically, her team spends 5 months preparing for our intern class, but Stephanie led the effort to transition to a virtual format within 8 weeks. Her team also worked to create new onboarding and training content to ensure the interns were engaged during the program. West Monroe was able to provide a fulfilling internship experience and convert 80% of interns to hires with an 84% satisfaction rating.
