Career Highlight

"I organized and facilitated a variety of events, held both virtually and in-person, for the team. These events consisted of diverse offerings such as informational sessions, career fairs, alumni panels, and conferences, allowing us to engage with a large number of Gen Z candidates. To enhance attendance, I crafted a survey to understand the preferences of our audience and sent out reminders, with the goal of not only boosting participation but also increasing the conversion rate of event attendees into applicants. Furthermore, we concentrated on addressing topics identified in the survey results, aiding Gen Z candidates in navigating their job search and nurturing their professional growth."
