Stephanie leads the Early Talent Programs team at Rubrik. Stephanie joined Rubrik in 2021 and has rebuilt their internship program from scratch. In her role, Stephanie oversees the programs end-to-end, putting a DE&I lens over every sector of her work. She drives innovation through the development and management of programs that differentiate Rubrik in the talent market and is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and opportunities for Rubrik's next generation of leaders. Prior to Rubrik, Stephanie played an integral role in scaling the University and Diversity Hiring Programs at SurveyMonkey.

Career Highlight

"In rebuilding Rubrik's Early Talent Programs, I integrated DE&I principles into each part of the program’s foundation. In the last two years, I have developed diversity-focused strategies for recruiting and retaining early talent, coached hiring teams on best practices for leading inclusive and unbiased interview processes, and partnered with company leadership to create a consistent and streamlined process to provide full-time conversion opportunities to interns. These efforts resulted in the successful hiring and conversions of cohorts with more than 80% diverse representation over the last two years."
