Stephanie Castro leads the Early Career Talent & Programs team at Rubrik, Inc. Stephanie joined Rubrik in 2021 and has rebuilt their internship program from scratch after a two-year program hiatus. In her role, Stephanie oversees the program end-to-end and puts a DE&I lens over every sector of her work. Prior to Rubrik, Stephanie was a part of the University and Diversity Hiring Programs team at Momentive.ai (FKA SurveyMonkey). Stephanie is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and opening doors of opportunity for Rubrik's next generation of leaders.

Career Highlight

In rebuilding Rubrik's Early Career Program, Stephanie focused on prioritizing DE&I in every part of the program's foundation. Stephanie gained leadership support in investing in early career diversity engagement efforts, held trainings on leading inclusive and unbiased interview processes, and actively works with managers to ensure that Rubrik is providing a psychologically safe environment where interns can bring their most authentic selves to work. Stephanie's efforts resulted in the hiring of an 81% diverse class and a program that is rooted in inclusive values.
