Stefani Maudlin is a Sr. Manager, Early Careers & Diversity at Pluralsight. The Early Careers & Diversity team at Pluralsight is committed to finding and attracting the brightest minds early in their career that will come in and help shape the future of Pluralsight. In this role, Stefani leads a team which is responsible for finding and hiring intern talent as well as entry level talent into the company. Stefani also leads the intern summer program which is run yearly at Pluralsight. Prior to their role at Pluralsight, Stefani ran the Early College Start Program at Lindenwood University. Stefani loves the impact her and her team have on the future generation of the world and enjoys helping students get their start as well as creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
