Building an Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruiting
Skanska provides critical support to college students and recent college graduates with an unparalleled internship program. They help you translate classroom knowledge into valuable skills, while introducing you to the broad range of opportunities available at Skanska. During Covid-19, Skanska leveraged Virtual Job Tours to engage with candidates and showcase some of their noteworthy projects. By using 360 photography and videography they were able to immerse candidates into one of their projects. Candidates had the opportunity to visit Portland International Airport, the L300 freeway project in Washington, and several projects Skanska has completed at Universities across the U.S. Candidates were able to ask questions, look around, and in some cases use a virtual reality headset to see firsthand what the projects look like from the inside and out.
