Standout Candidate Experience
The campus recruitment team at Signify prides itself on delivering a positive candidate experience from beginning to end. How do they do it? Every student is reviewed personally by a recruiter who delivers a timely response to set up a first interview. Throughout the process, they help candidates learn more about the role, the company, and what the company culture is like. To ensure success, recruiters listen and support students’ ambitions by focusing on skills and how they can grow within the position. Each session wraps up with a survey so the team knows about improvements that could benefit the process.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
Ensuring representation across the internship program is a crucial driver for diversity initiatives. The campus recruitment team connects with underrepresented talent from various Universities and alumni networks across the country, fostering relationships with DEI groups and attending on-campus events. Quarterly virtual DEI-focused information sessions allow students to hear from Connection Point Group (ERG) leaders alongside current and former interns about the different communities they can get involved with and how #SignifyLife enables employees to be themselves at work and feel safe sharing ideas.
Impactful Internship Program
Interns at Signify are supported by their mentors and managers from day one, ensuring they feel empowered and equipped to contribute to projects that directly impact the business. They have opportunities to work alongside diverse minds on meaningful projects and learn from some of the brightest in the industry. Opportunities to connect with executives and leadership are readily available through monthly international speaker series and speed networking events, and interns can take advantage of early career advice via how-to sessions hosted by the campus recruitment team. Their experience wraps up in final presentations at the end of each session, sharing accomplishments and contributions during their time at Signify.
