In addition, Shelbie has focused on providing more accountability for hiring managers and clarifying all stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities in the recruitment process. Shelbie is passionate about identifying new talent acquisition technology partnerships to enhance the candidate experience, automate mundane tasks to streamline the recruitment, and enhance the experience for hiring managers and recruiters for many generations to come.

"Over the past 2.5 years, I have had the opportunity to partner with hiring managers and mentor colleagues within talent acquisition at Graybar. After a few months of starting at Graybar, I was able create a knowledge database for the Recruitment Team to refer to and reference ensuring accurate processes and procedures are being followed. Additionally, I have been managing numerous recruitment-focused strategic projects which include creating standardized recruitment processes for recruiting talent across Graybar’s various talent segments. This project will provide more accountability for hiring managers and clarifying all stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities in the recruitment process."
