Participants gain diverse work experience and are exposed to many aspects of the company, including manufacturing, distribution, customer service, technical development, extrusion, sales and marketing, information services and corporate administration.

The team at Shaw focuses on building partnerships with an array of campus organizations and participates in panel discussions at universities across the country. In addition, Shaw has several AGRs (Associate Resource Groups) internally that allow them to continue building strong relationships with one another. These groups also engage with the early careers recruiting events and community outreach projects as well.
