Multi-Faceted and Thoughtful Approach to University Recruitment
The Early Talent Program team at SharkNinja has continuously focused on bringing in brilliant minds from the next generation of innovators, creators, and doers. Through a school agnostic approach, they have brought in a diverse group of students from across North America and Canada. This year, they have focused on in-person and virtual campus information sessions, SharkNinja HQ visits with student organizations, and coffee chats to have more intimate interactions and really foster a sense of belonging. From these events, the Talent team focuses on highlighting candidates to their teams.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
SharkNinja prides itself on diversity in every sense of the word. By hyper-focusing on bringing in diverse talent through their Early Talent Program, they guarantee that they continue to have an all-encompassing talent pool of future leaders. To recruit a diverse slate of candidates, the team has partnered with several HBCUs, HSIs, and organizations such as Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) to name a few. Internally, SharkNinja also offers nine affinity groups that all associates can join.
Impactful Internship Program
At SharkNinja, interns and co-ops alike are empowered with impactful projects that contribute to their mission of positively impacting people’s lives every day in every home around the world. Their Early Talent Associates can join business hacks and potentially bring the next great product idea to the table! As their office environment is full of events, product testing, and community volunteer efforts, they provide all their early talent associates the opportunity to get involved in the SharkNinja community.
