Previously, Serge was at Warby Parker, Equinox and property-tech startup, Ribbon Home. He has also consulted and helped scale early-stage Silicon Valley startup teams at places like Leia Inc. He believes in a recruiting process that stretches industry norms and focuses on putting the candidate first. He loves driving growth through a culture-first lens, as he believes that the heart of any successful company lies in its people. In his free time, he enjoy cuddles with his dog Princeton and catching up on all things pop culture!

Career Highlight

"In the past year, I am very proud of my team for tackling a difficult recruiting market in veterinary medicine. They had to hire out several high-level clinicians in a new market, with little resources to begin. From creative and personalized sourcing strategies (like sending out gift bags, happy hours, dinners, and more) to deeper sourcing strategies - they were able to double our clinical staff in a short amount of time.
