Sean O'Mara is the National College Recruiting Lead at DPR Construction. Sean is responsible for hiring 175 college students as full-time project engineers and 150 interns. Sean is passionate about hiring and inspiring the next generation of leaders at DPR Construction.
Career Highlight
The DPR College Recruiting Team recruits at nearly 60 universities across the country. An incredible group of passionate volunteers make yearly trips to recruit at their own universities. They take part in and lead corporate info sessions, career fairs, and guest lecture on technical subjects. In addition to recruiting on campus DPR has created relationships with NSBE, SWE and LGBTQ events. Through sponsoring poster competitions for women engineers at SWE, setting up virtual booths at NSBE and BuildOut California, DPR has accessed an incredibly strong and diverse recruiting pool.
