“Sarah is passionate, team-focused, and forward-thinking. After three successful years performing as a Recruiter on Black & Veatch's Early Careers team, Sarah stepped into the Team Manager role in August of 2024 and was immediately tasked with rebuilding a team that had lost 80% of the staff due to positive, internal career advancement opportunities. Under Sarah's leadership, the team was quickly re-built and not only 'survived' the intense Fall campus recruiting season, but surpassed the previous year's performance benchmarks, successfully meeting BV's 2025 diverse intern and new graduate hiring needs.
