Sarah Hense - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Sarah is a Graduate Recruiting Manager at Protiviti. In her role at Protiviti, Sarah has a variety of responsibilities in addition to recruiting top talent for 8 markets in the Central Region. Sarah creates, plans, and drives the communication for Protiviti’s Intern Program. Sarah oversees the Protiviti Graduate webinar series, ‘Tiv Talks’ which is promoted to candidates from all academic backgrounds and institutions, to inform on relevant and important topics within the consulting industry and graduate recruiting space. Sarah also leads the recruitment and program planning for Protiviti’s early identification program, Discover Protiviti.

Career Highlight

"Over the past few years, I’ve led the transition of our early identification program, Discover Protiviti, from a fully virtual program to a hybrid program, to a fully in-person program. Through the evolution of Discover, I’ve helped to expand this program into all of Protiviti’s United States markets, implemented extending future internship offers to candidates prior to the program, and introduced candidates to Protiviti leaders through a congratulations video. Through Discover Protiviti, candidates explore company values and culture, network with current employees, and experience the work that we do, all while seeing a full picture of what a future career could look like."
