Sarah Evarts - Nominee for Rising Star Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Sarah Evarts is the Campus Acquisition Lead at PURE Insurance. In their role at PURE Insurance, Sarah is responsible for recruiting and hiring recent college graduates into three (3) entry-level training programs geared towards beginning careers in insurance. Prior to their role on the Talent Acquisition Team, Sarah joined PURE Insurance through one of their entry-level training programs. Sarah is passionate about helping students begin their careers in a supportive, inclusive, and comprehensive training program.

Career Highlight

In an uncertain world, Sarah created and hosted a virtual event series for college students call “Fit Check: How to Select the Right Company for You”. This event provided students with tips and tricks to assist them in making an informed decision for their careers. The event empowered students to advocate for themselves and view their careers as a two way street. She was able to focus on educating students on what it means to be a conscious candidate and resulted in great connections and applications.
