Sara Grauf is a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager at Menasha Corporation. In her role at Menasha Corporation, Sara is responsible for recruiting interns, establishing relationships with universities and colleges, building a strong employer brand, designing and managing an engaging internship program. Prior to her role at Menasha Corporation, Sara was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner providing support to 12 charter schools in the Midwest. Sara is passionate about providing opportunities to students and building meaningful connections along the way.

Career Highlight

In the short time that Sara has been in this role, she has filled more than 45 intern positions and created a robust onboarding process that supports celebrating the student’s achievement while creatively preparing them for what’s to come as they enter the organization. In addition, she has expanded the network of universities and colleges that her organization recruits from and the organization is welcoming students from all around the US to their 2022 summer intern program.
