Samantha is currently the University & Intern Lead at Gemini Trust. In her role at Gemini, Samantha is responsible for collaborating across the company to create and execute a strategy that will attract, recruit and hire a wide range of top-talent interns. In addition, she curates the full internship experience that delivers positive outcomes for both the interns and company. Prior to Gemini, Samantha led the award winning Cisco Global Sales Internship Program and the hiring strategy for the Cisco Sales Associates Program. Her passion toward attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within an inclusive and diverse environment is undeniable. Plus, she has fun doing it!

Career Highlight

As the first University & Intern Lead at Gemini, the company did not have a strategy in place for an internship program. In November 2021, Samantha was able to work with leaders across the company to invest in 32 interns (a 540% increase from the summer prior), create a virtual campus strategy and information session series, and received over 16,000 applications as well as create an intern brand, landing page and social media presence. As of today, Gemini Trust launched their official program on June 6 as one of the first crypto/web3/NFT companies with a cohesive internship.
