Salyna is a Recruiter on the Emerging Talent Team at Niantic. In her role, she is responsible for co-leading Niantic's talent-finding efforts and build the foundation of the company's early stage university/emerging program. In addition to identifying, interviewing, and hiring for various teams, Salyna forges partnerships with hiring managers, advises interview teams, and is a part of Niantic's strategic summer program planning efforts. Prior to her role at Niantic, Salyna spent four years at Amazon as a Technical Sourcer. Salyna is passionate about building an inclusive and supportive hiring process to attract diverse and skilled talent.

Career Highlight

Salyna was tasked with hiring Niantic’s largest intern class to date. This entailed leading the end-to-end university recruiting process that includes sourcing, networking, screening, assessing, partnering with key leaders/teams, offer negotiations and closing candidates. With a competitive labor market, she worked to ensure a seamless interview process for students, with a focus on providing a top candidate experience, and was ultimately successful in hiring the cohort.
