Sabrina Madsen - 2nd Place Winner of Rising Star Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Sabrina leads the US Campus Program at Signify, the world leader in lighting. She joined the company in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition intern while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The College of New Jersey. In her role, Sabrina oversees on-site and virtual recruitment events, as well as partners with key stakeholders to create a Great Place to Work for student interns. As a result of her efforts, the Americas Campus Program has developed into a cornerstone of Signify’s People strategy, and the US Campus Program has grown over 180%.
