“After a busy fall recruiting which saw us reach over 90% of our hires, the campus recruiters that report to him were looking forward to a slow easy spring….Not on Ryan’s shift.
He had the team create an spring engagement strategy. We were broken up onto committee and assigned a senior recruiter to each committee…
One committee: worked on marketing each event, created a newsletter, built a 12000 student distribution list.
Committee two: Career spotlight sessions. Create interactive programs that highlighted one or more of our business every other week.
Committee three: Career Readiness sessions – This group created informative programming from how to use linkedin, project organization, how to overcome imposter syndrome.
The final one saw us create an innovative program in 4 different markets: From creating an inhouse recruiting event for students of the Divine Nine in the Southeast to our Control the Chaos: Control management/risk Case competition in Minneapolis the team branched out beyond their comfort zones and were able provide junior members best practices on how to navigate the approval policies both external and internal of a bank….that was a busy but amazingly successful spring due to his leadership.”
