"Seeing Recruitment/Hiring as the team effort it is has been a key part in building efficiency. Holding weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the markets I support to make sure that we are consistently aligned allows for a smooth hiring process for not only us as a company but also for, and most importantly the candidate as well.
